Funded in part by a grant from the Michigan State Medical Society Foundation, the Fall Harvest Community Health Fair will provide a wide range of health-related resources and services for families, adults, and young adults in a festive, fun fall-themed atmosphere.
The event will provide access to vaccinations (catch-up, Flu, COVID-19); COVID-19 testing; health screenings (blood pressure, glucose checks, and cholesterol); HIV, Hepatitis C, lead testing, and more, with support from Wayne State University School of Medicine students. Educational resources on a range of health topics including diabetes, mental health, and HIV/STD will be available. The fair will also include free refreshments, entertainment, and activities for the kids. (Corvette Club of about 15-20 parked cars-guest activity)
